Activating Your Test

If you have an account with us:

  1. Click the Activate Test button below. You will be prompted to login if you are not already logged in.
  2. After logging in, locate the unique Test ID included in your kit and enter it in the designated field on the page

Track Your Supplement Regimen and Recent Activity (Optional)

Since NAD+ levels can fluctuate based on your recent activity and supplement intake, we have included space for your current protocol for each test you take. Your entered protocol will be paired with your results report. Activities that can affect your NAD+ levels include: diet, exercise, alcohol and substance use, amount of consistent restorative sleep, traveling, sickness, allergies, and more.

Before You Collect Your Sample

Timing

Ensure you can drop off your sample at a UPS store within 24 hours of collecting it (same or next day). You’ll find the prepaid shipping mailer included in your kit.

Capillary Tube

This tube fills with blood. Don’t push the black plunger until instructed!

Complete the Blood Spot Card Information:

On the day you collect your blood sample, write your name, gender, age, email address, and sampling date on the designated area of the card. Recording the sampling date is critical for accurate analysis of your results.

Increase Blood Flow Before Sampling: 

  • Wash your hands thoroughly with warm water and soap.
  • Rinse the hand you’ll use for testing for 30 seconds under warm running water. Dry completely.
  • Swing your arm in a circular motion to increase blood flow.
  • Clench and unclench your hand several times.

Fingerstick and Blood Collection: 

  1. Unfold the Card: Lay the dried blood spot card flat on a clean surface, ensuring the filter paper is slightly elevated.
  2. Set the Capillary Tube Aside: Leave the capillary tube as is. Don’t push it yet!
  3. Fingertip Sterilization: Use the alcohol pad to cleanse the designated fingertip (typically the side of your ring or middle finger). Allow the alcohol to dry completely.
  4. Prick Your Finger: Twist off the lancet cap and press it firmly on the side of your fingertip for 2-3 seconds (you’ll hear a click and feel a small prick).
  5. Form a Blood Drop: Gently squeeze your fingertip to allow a large drop of blood to form. If a drop doesn’t form easily, repeat the process from the previous section, “Increase Blood Flow Before Sampling.”
  6. Fill the Capillary Tube: Place the tube against the droplet and let blood flow in until it reaches the green line. The blood will fill the tube automatically through capillary action.
  7. Apply Blood to the Filter Card: Carefully press the black plunger to transfer the blood onto the top portion of the filter paper. This helps prevent the blood from spreading beyond the intended area.
  8. Drying time: Let the card dry for at least 3 hours or overnight if needed.

Shipping:

Securely Package Your Sample: 

  • Verify Information: Double-check that your name, gender, age, email address, and sampling date are accurately written on the dried blood spot card.
  • Secure the Card: Place the dried blood spot card and desiccant pack inside the provided silver zip-lock bag. Seal the bag tightly.
  • Place in Envelope: Put the sealed bag inside the shipping envelope provided.
  • Send Your Sample: Drop off the package at your nearest UPS location within 24 hours of collecting it (same or next day).

Results:

Processing Your Sample

Once we receive your sample, our lab will process and analyze your NAD+ levels. This typically takes 1-2 weeks.

Viewing Your Results

You will receive an email notification once your results are ready. Log in to your account on our website to view your detailed NAD+ levels and insights.

Understanding Your Personalized Report

Your results will include an easy-to-understand report showing your current NAD+ levels and personalized recommendations based on your results.
